Bob is a long-time community organizer who's spent the last decade helping neighbours turn shared frustrations into shared funds. He sits at the kitchen-table end of governance — happiest when a hard decision gets made over tea instead of in a thread. As a steward he favours small, reversible bets over grand plans, and he reads every proposal twice before voting. Outside of Hum he keeps bees, fixes bikes, and loses at chess to his nine-year-old.
